Founders Pointe is the site of the Tidewater Builders Association's (TBA's) 2010 Spring Homearama. It's TBA's 29th year of creating a Homearama in Hampton Roads, but this is the first year that TBA has had a Spring show and the first year for Isle of Wight County to host a show. This multi-builder, one-site home show has become a regional attraction offering visitors the chance to see what's new in home design, interior decorating, landscaping, energy efficiency, and more.

Founders Pointe was selected for this first-ever spring show because of the diversity of architecture that is allowed, the convenient location, and the experience of the developer to comfortably accommodate the builders and the visitors.

The event is expected to feature eight custom homes ranging in price from the $400s to $700,000 and will expect to draw 100,000 visitors over the two week event. The builders have selected homes with livable floor plans and are incorporating environmentally conscious building materials and appliances.

The gracious character of the homes is compatible with the architectural styles that are already found in Founders Pointe – with careful attention to detail and visual interest.
