About Founders Pointe

The Founders Pointe Community

Life at Founders Pointe begins at home, with quality homes tucked into quiet lanes and private cul-de-sacs, made all the more inviting by river, marsh, creek and wooded views. The community features a Residents’ Club with clubhouse, swimming pool, and 112′ waterslide. Miles of biking/leisure trails and sidewalks lead to the club, the 844′ community pier, children’s playground, sand volleyball court, and more. Founders Pointe has been selected “Community of the Year” twice by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Peninsula Housing Builders Association and is the site of the 2016 Parade of Homes (October 1-16th).
