The Founders Pointe Community

Founders Pointe is a resort-style waterfront community by the nationally award-winning developer, East West Communities. The Residents’ Club features a coastal cottage style clubhouse overlooking a resort style pool with a 112’ water slide. Alongside the pool are a sand volleyball court and a playground. Leisure walking trails, many lined with a blue-bird trail established by the residents, wind throughout the community, and all lead to the centrally located club. An impressive 844’ long community pier stretches into Batten Bay. Attendees of the Parade of Homes are welcome to enjoy a leisurely stroll along the bike trail to visit the Residents Club or down the pier to soak in the views.

The creeks and tributaries along Founders Pointe shoreline are home to an abundance of wildlife that make living here all the more serene and magical. And, although Founders Pointe is tucked peacefully away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and congestion, it’s also convenient to all of Hampton Roads–just 10 minutes to the Peninsula and the Harbour View area of Suffolk and 25 minutes to Norfolk.
